As the hub of South Coast Metro, Costa Mesa's South Coast Plaza, Segerstrom Center for the Arts and OC Fair & Event Center drive sheet, towel and F&B linen volume that spikes around shopping seasons, arts programming, the OC Fair and special events, turnover national rental routes and consumer apps both underserve. A mild Southern California climate means largely non-seasonal demand, with arts seasons and fairground/event calendars as the main swing factors and same-day/express turnaround at a premium. We staff for those Costa Mesa peaks and add emergency express when a convention or a sold-out weekend pushes you past your usual load.
